Our bedrooms are furnished in a range of traditional styles to make you really feel at home. All bedrooms have crisp cotton sheets, en suite bathrooms, large flatscreen TVs with Freeview, and free internet. Please note, some of our rooms are located in an annex building

Exclusive use of your very own restaurant and bar. Fitzy’s commands a hillside position and floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Pendle countryside. Refresh and refuel with our selection of cask ales and fine wines, complemented by a mouthwatering menu of home-cooked food, 


Perfect for relaxing during your stay the Oak Room and Terrace are both available to enjoy a morning coffee or pre-dinner drink.

We also invite you to indulge in our luxury Afternoon Tea and, for a real treat, you can add a glass of prosecco or Champagne.


Looking to host a party or group dinner during your stay? If so, the Pendle Suite (which can cater up to 120 guests) is the ideal venue. Our team will be able create a bespoke event; from menu creation to venue theming.
