Re: The Magical Santa Experience at The Higher Trapp

This year has been the first year that we have attempted to run the event of “The Magical Santa Experience” at the Higher Trapp Hotel. We have been really excited to host this event and we believe that the product and service that we would have delivered would have been beyond fantastic. However, the tickets sales for the whole event have been very poor. This has put me in the difficult position of whether to continue with the event with a poor atmosphere and at a significant loss or cancel the event.

I have today taken the very difficult decision to cancel the event, I sincerely apologise for this. I’m aware that you as families make plans to attend such events with many members and generations of your families.

We are aware of the following events that still have availability. These are listed below:

If you have already booked tickets, I have arranged for the refund with booking fees to be returned to you straight away, this will be back on the card/account you paid for within 5 days.

Again, I sincerely apologise for this. I really do not want to cause an inconvenience with your plans for Christmas but I hope you appreciate that the difficult decision I have made is the best one for all concerned.
