* The £30.00 Deposit paid per room is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation:
* If for any reason you need to cancel this reservation, this can be done no later than midnight 21 days prior to the arrival date, (for example for a stay on Saturday, you can cancel until 11.59pm on the Friday 3 weeks prior). The £30.00 deposit paid will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
* If you do not cancel prior to midnight 21 days prior to the arrival date then the remaining balance of this reservation will be charged: this includes if you do not show up for your reservation. The charge will be taken from the credit/debit card you supplied at the time of booking.
* Any additional extras booked onto your reservation must be cancelled no later than the day before to result in no charges: any cancellations made on the day will be charged in full: the charge will be taken from the credit/debit card you supplied at the time of booking.
Amendments:
* If for any reason you need to amend this reservation, this can be done no later than midnight 21 days prior to the arrival date, (for example for a stay on Saturday, you can amend until 11.59pm on the Friday 3 weeks prior). The £30.00 deposit paid will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
* If the total value of the new stay is less than the original booking, any difference is forfeited.
* If the total value of the new stay is more than the original booking, the difference is payable on arrival along with the original booking value.
Package & Price:
* Lavender Hotels adopts dynamic pricing and the prices of our packages change depending on availability. The price and package you have booked remains as per quoted to you at the time you made your reservation and as shown on your reservation confirmation email.
* The time for your soup & sandwich lunch must be pre-booked no later than the day prior to arrival along with your sandwich choice. This will be served in the hotel’s lounge or restaurant on Day 2 of your stay. Soup served will be soup of the day which changes daily.
* A £25.00 Food Allowance will be given per adult, per night for your evening meal. This allowance can be used towards food items only and can only be used for your evening meal in the hotel’s restaurant. This is a per night allowance, any unused allowance cannot be transferred to subsequent nights and will be lost, no refund or credit will be given.
* Children in the booking will receive a 2 course Dinner from the Children’s Menu.
* All Inclusive Drinks List – House wine, draught beers, Branded spirits (served in single measure and with a mixer only) and soft drinks served at the Resident’s Bar from 3pm to 11pm on your arrival day and from 1pm to 11pm on Day 2 of your stay. One glass per person, per order. Any drinks purchased outside of these times are payable at the bar. Valid at the Resident’s Bar only.
* Spirits are served in single measure and with a mixer only.
