With years of experience our event managers know exactly what it takes to plan and host your wedding. We’ve developed our signature “all inclusive wedding” package which includes everything you’ll need; together with some additional extras which come as standard. Our all inclusive wedding packages are based on 50 guests during the day and 100 for the evening. You can add additional guests to the package if you require.

Our event rooms are licensed for civil ceremonies and can be set to your desire which you can then customise. You’ll then just need to arrange the wedding ceremony with the local registrar’s office.
Included in your package is the use of the Pendle suite with tables set with crisp white table linen and our Chiavari chairs, there is no additional room hire to pay as this is included in the price.
While you’re capturing those precious moments with your photographer, let the celebrations begin with a relaxed and joyful drinks reception. This is the perfect time for your guests to mingle, soak in the atmosphere, and toast to your new chapter together. Delight them with a refreshing glass of Strawberry Mimosa or a drink of your choice, setting the tone for the festivities ahead. It’s the ideal way to start the party and keep the excitement flowing.
Choose from an extensive range of starters, main courses and desserts to create your perfect menu. All our menus are sourced as close to the venue as possible and with our experienced and skilled kitchen team you’ll be delighted with your wedding breakfast.
We use a number of local DJ’s that we know and trust to get the party started at the Higher Trapp Hotel. Feel free to add your own entertainment to the evening with a live band or act.
